On June 22, 2009, the Air China North America Call Center, based in Los Angeles, began taking customer service calls from Canada in addition to customer service calls from the United States. To accommodate the increased work volume, on January 2, 2010, Air China North America Call Center is now open on Saturdays from 7:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

This action demonstrates Air China’s commitment to improving customer service. By being open on Saturdays, Air China will be able to work more closely with its agents and be more available for customers. In the near future, the North America Call Center will offer daily service by being open on Sundays.

The Air China North America Call Center is open from Monday to Friday 6:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturday from 7:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time to handle customer service calls from the United States and Canada.
